The force is captured and then abandoned by the President's lackeys. It falls to Ryan to enter Colombia and rescuethem, aided only by a renegade operative named Clark (Willem Dafoe), with both his life and career on the line. Jeff Craig, Sixty Second Preview "...an intelligent and entertaining sequel to Patriot Games." Leonard Maltin's Movie & Video Guide "The plot alone is a thing of beauty." Mick LaSalle, San Francisco Chronicle "Harrison Ford is riveting." Susan Granger, CNN Radio Network "Narrative complexity and momentum make this a true cinematic equivalent of an absorbing page-turner."
