At the forefront of the rock en espanol movement, Mexico's Cafe Tacuba were voted by TIME MAGAZINE as one of the 50 Future Latin American Leaders, and walked away from the 2004 Latin Grammies with their second award, this time for Best Latin Rock/Alternative Album for their gold album Cuatro Caminos. Recorded in 1995, the group's MTV UNPLUGGED session was the first ever by a Latin rock group; the band's blend of rock and traditional Latin music, tinged with elements of ska and hip hop, proved a winning formula for American audiences. The tracks include "Esa Noche," "Las Flores," and a bonus track, "Una Manana."
